- Peel potatoes and cut into French fries shape. Dip the cut potatoes into cold water for 1/2 hour then transfer to hot water for 10 minute. After 10 mins removes them on Kitchen towel and pat them dry. After drying keep them on tissue paper on plate and freeze for 30 minutes (to make more crisp you can add 1 tbsp of corn flour and mix well before freezing).
